How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 15-30 calendar days from order confirmation. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email so you can follow your shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to every country worldwide via express courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the package is dispatched.
Who pays customs duties?
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
