Trenord (Italy) is Lombardy's main regional railway operator, 2,300 trains daily, 460 stations, over 800,000 commuters. Air quality in such dense, enclosed spaces is a constant challenge.
In our partnership, WiWell photocatalytic films were installed inside selected carriages, working passively to reduce PM2.5, eliminate bacteria and viruses, and neutralise odours, no chemicals, no maintenance.

Marbella City
The City of Marbella and Avanza, the urban transport operator, chose WiWell to equip the first photocatalytic bus line in the city, starting with 6 buses on the Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol route, serving around 500,000 passengers per year.
Previous tests already confirmed a 73% reduction in pathogens and pollutants on board, with passengers breathing air cleaner than outside.
The project is now set to expand to school and university transport services across the city.
